This is currently being researched prior to pricing and sale.

It differs from the Minton pottery jug in design by having two handles instead of a handle and spout and the background to the group of hounds is a fence while on the jug it is shrubbery. Other details such as chiselling and matting show it is not merely a cast of a fired ceramic. There is a milled border to the base. No identifying maker's marks.
